Our Cancellation Policy

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before 6 hours of your appointment, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

50% of the value of your appointment will be charged from your account.

Christmas Deposit Policy

This year we’ll be taking 50% deposits for all Christmas appointments across December and the festive season.

We’re getting really busy and want all of our lovely clients to have an appointment at Christmas time.

All you need to do to confirm and secure your appointment is by paying 50% of the value of your appointment. You can pay your deposit over the phone, bank transfer, in the salon, or on our Booksy app.

This ensures that everyone can have a confirmed appointment and be ready and glammed up for the festivities.
